Return and Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you have the right to return them within 14 days and request a replacement with other products – in accordance with current legislation and the terms of the companies/manufacturers whose products we sell – or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the time we receive the returned package and verify the condition of the goods. If the packaging is not in good condition, if any accessories are missing from the product, or if there are aesthetic defects caused by the customer's use, the product will be re-invoiced based on the condition in which it was received, and the refund amount may be less than the amount originally paid by the customer.

Package the products securely to protect them during the return process. If the product is not received by us in the same condition as it was delivered, and a refund has been requested, the product will be re-invoiced based on the condition it was received and not according to the price shown on the customer’s order invoice.
Wait for further instructions regarding the exchange or refund process after we receive the package.
Returns are free of charge only if the customer received the wrong or defective product. If the customer received the correct product but wishes to exchange it for a different one, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the package must be sent via a courier company of the customer’s choice with the sender bearing the shipping costs. In this case, a refund will not be possible if the packaging has been opened.
Free returns apply only when the customer sends back a defective or incorrect product using one of the courier services ELTA Courier or Speedex Courier with the recipient paying the shipping costs. If the customer returns the wrong or defective product via another courier company, the package will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with the recipient paying the shipping costs.
The shipping costs for the replacement of products are covered by our company only for the first (1) free replacement of a defective product. Subsequent replacements of defective products beyond the first will incur the customer’s shipping costs, and the customer may return the product using any courier company of their choice, but at the sender's expense.
Refunds
In case of a return and refund request, your refund will be processed within thirty (30) working days from the date we receive the returned products. The processing time depends on the workload of our accounting department, and we strictly follow the order of requests.
Immediate refunds without waiting are made exclusively through bank transfer and are only applicable when:
The customer receives the package and decides to return it to our company within 14 days of receipt, without having used or opened the product’s protective packaging.
Other Important Return Policy Details:
If the customer receives a defective product and does not wish to replace it with a new or differently priced product, our company is obligated to immediately replace the defective product and send it to the customer without charging for shipping. If the replacement product is also defective, the above procedure must be followed until the customer receives a fully functional product.
If the customer does not wish to exchange the used defective product and requests a refund, our company is obligated to accept the return of the product without charging the customer for shipping and to refund an amount corresponding to the re-invoiced value of the returned product based on its condition. Shipping costs that our company incurred for exchanges of defective products more than once will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If the customer has not kept the original invoice or proof of purchase, the product will be immediately excluded from warranty, and the option for free returns or refunds will no longer be available.
